Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and usage data (messages sent, papers opened) to provide the service. If you pay for Pro, we also collect billing information via Stripe — we never store card details ourselves.

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide GetRevising, track your message usage, process payments, and send essential service emails. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not show you ads.

AI conversations

Messages you send to the AI tutor are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. These messages may be used by Anthropic to improve their models in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store the content of your AI conversations beyond what's needed to enforce usage limits.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (staying logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@getrevising.uk or through your account settings. We will respond within 30 days.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase (EU region) and Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

Children

GetRevising is designed for students aged 14 and over. If you are under 16, please ensure a parent or guardian is aware you are using this service.
