How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings from your dashboard and click 'Cancel subscription'. Or email us at support@getrevising.uk and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
I can't log in — what do I do?
Try the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If that doesn't work, email support@getrevising.uk with the email address you signed up with.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy within 7 days of upgrading to Pro, email support@getrevising.uk and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
The AI isn't working — what's wrong?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, email us with a description of what happened and we'll fix it.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click 'Upgrade to Pro' from your dashboard or go to the Pricing page.
