By creating an account or using GetRevising (getrevising.uk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
GetRevising provides an AI-powered GCSE Maths revision platform including access to past papers, predicted papers, and an AI tutor. The free tier includes limited daily AI messages and paper access. The Pro plan provides unlimited access for a monthly or annual subscription fee.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by UK consumer law.
Free accounts are limited to 10 AI tutor messages per day. These limits reset every 24 hours. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: share your account with others; attempt to bypass usage limits; use our service for any unlawful purpose; copy or redistribute our content; attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our platform; or use the AI tutor to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.
All content on GetRevising, including past papers, predicted papers, and platform design, is either owned by us or used with permission. Past papers are the property of their respective examination boards (AQA, Edexcel). You may use content for personal revision only — not for commercial purposes or redistribution.
Our AI tutor is powered by third-party AI technology and is designed to assist with revision. AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You should always verify important information with your teacher or official exam board resources. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, GetRevising is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
